Search bar on 404 page

I made a custom 404 page and I copied the HTML of the search bar from the default page but it does not display the magnifing glass icon inline with the “search” text. Example: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0c76cxeb84

How do I fix this so that the icon is aligned properly with the text?

Thanks for writing in! To resolve your issue and fix the alignment of the icon, please add the following CSS code in the X > Launch > Theme Options > Global CSS (http://prntscr.com/evui3r)

.entry-content.content .form-search:before, 
.entry-content.content .widget_product_search form:before {
    bottom: 17px;
}
