Search bar appears on upper right of page, needs template

This is the same issue as before on March 22nd, only I cannot find where the page is to apply the cornerstone template.

Your referenced page is not created using Cornerstone. It seems to be a custom post type created using a 3rd party plugin (WP Job Manager).

If you’re using a shortcode to display it’s data, you can access the templates through WordPress page attributes.
