Search and Replace Settings in the Database

Hey guys,

after finishing my website after years and years of work I came across a weird behaviour of the new scroll effects. For example on www.raphaelzydek.de/dialab or any other post item I set an animation for my elements to slide in smoothly. This animation is set to reset. But when I stress test this behaviour by scrolling up and down it happens on mobile (iOS 15) and desktop (macOS Safari) that some elements fail to appear again.
This seems like a bug or something.

Anyway. But this isnt what this post is about. I want to change every single element on my website where ive set the animation like this from reset to “animate once”.

Since I used this on every blog post and it would take hours and hours. Is it possible download my MySQL Database, search for this explicit setting and replace it with an text editor?

If not, what would be the best way to do this once and change it easily down the line.

Thanks guys.
Have a wonderful week
Raphael

Hey Raphael,

Thanks for writing in!

Please update to the latest version first. Our latest compatible versions are:

  • Pro theme 5.0.8
  • WordPress 5.8
  • PHP 7.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Meanwhile, I found out that you are using a custom single layout. You can simply go to Cornerstone > Layout Builder and edit your custom single layout. This is where you can change the effects animation of the elements you have added to the layout. Once you have changed effects animation, it will be automatically applied to each and every blog post on your site.

Hope this makes sense.

Please let us know how it goes.
