I am writing 5K+ words post. Let’s say it is about the top 50 diet meals. In the posts, I have 3 main categories: Paleo, Vegan, Keto.
I want users to be able to filter to show only the list of Vegan meals. How can I do that?

Search within a post is unfortunately unavailable. I did some research and found this plugin that might help. Please note that it is not an official recommendation.
About filter, it is not available too. Although, you might want to check TABS element on the builder. It can be used to filter/group contents:
