Scrolling on pro site jumpy or not working at all

Hi there,

On my pro site I have an issue scrolling down the page, mostly the homepage. At first it doesn’t scroll at all and then after a while it’ll scroll a bit but it’s very jumpy. Especially on mobile often it doesn’t want to scroll at all.

I’ve tried it out on Safari, FireFox, and Chrome across 3 seperate computers on different networks, aswell as on a mobile phone on 4G. Issue is there on each device.

How can I resolve this issue?

Hey Vink,

I see a double scrollbar in your site which is an indication of scrolling issues.

This usually is caused by overflowing content. The most common area is the Pro Footer because the Bar’s height is fixed. Set the height of all the bar of your Pro Footer to auto. In case you’re not familiar, follow the solution here: Woocommerce Front-End - Unable To Scroll After Page Load
