Scrolling navigation - arrow up down - full screen page

Hi,
how to create fixed menu with up/down arrows with #idpage page link. I have full screen one page.

I need navigation scrolling (up/down). The navigation could fixed position on the right side middle.

e.g.: https://alvarotrigo.com/fullPage/#page1 - at right side - dots but I need arrow up/down

Great, it’s working but I used navbar position - fixed right and I have still navbar on the top. I don’t know why…

I have it! I disabled one page navigation in settings my page and I used navbar in options template.
