So I am encountering an odd problem. On our site hosted at https://atlasmarble.wpengine.com/ the scrolling on cell phones gets caught up. You swipe to scroll and it just bounces back after about 5 times of that it lets you scroll down the page. I wish I could attach a video for reference. Thank you in advance for your help with this.

I have checked your site on my android phone and I could not replicate the issue. If you wish to send us a video capture, please upload your video in Youtube.
