Running into an issue that we’ve had on multiple pro sites and haven’t been able to solve.
At the top of the page, the scrolling gets stuck for a second.

WordPress and Pro are both up to date and we do not have any caching plugins installed, so I’m not sure what the issue is.

It looks like it’s because of the double scrollbar which is caused by overflowing content. For example, if your Footer’s content is higher the bar. That can happen if you have a fixed height for your bar. Please try setting the height of your first Bar in your Footer to auto and set the top padding to 2em. Then, remove the top margin of each of your bar’s container in the footer.
