Scrolling Issue on mobile (safari/chrome iPhone 12 Pro)

Hi,

I have website with empty sections for emergency (global top, global bottom) usage (after removal it keeps doing the same).
Website doesn’t seem to allow to scroll down, it just bounces back like at the end of the page. After some struggle user is eventually allow to scroll.
I will provide url and backend access inside the secure note.

This could be something to do with your header and footer builder setup. I suggest that you set all your bar dimension height to auto.

Hi @3hugg3r,

The double scrollbar is the reason behind your issue and double scrollbar appears if some of the element is taller or similar in height to its container.

I would suggest you troubleshoot by deleting the elements one by one till the issue resolves. The last element that resolves the issue is the reason.
I would also like to inform you that a few hours ago we have released another version of the theme with some fixes, I would recommend you to update your theme to the latest version i.e 4.2.1 before you troubleshoot the above.
