There seems to be an issue on a mobile when viewing my site whereby the scrolling gets stuck on the top section and you can’t scroll down any further.

The solution for the issue is to set all your Section’s Overflow to Hidden.
What that would do is hide overflowing (invisible) element margins that are causing the double scroll issue. The usual option that causes that is the Row’s Gap Height. If you have just 1 row of columns, it’s best to set the Gap Height to 0 as an alternative solution to the scrolling issue.
