Scrolling Content

Is there an element or setting that uses content scrolling, like the header bars?

I’d like to create a normal row that has can be scrolled horizontally like the header bars.

I want to use a looper to create a slider-like effect. I thought of using the “classic slider” element, but it doesn’t support the use of loopers.

Unfortunately, there is no other element with the Content Scrolling option.
