This is fairly new behavior and generally doesn’t get in my way when I’m working unless I have a page long enough to require a scrollbar. This seems to be happening in all my Pro sites. For some reason, the vertical scrollbar does not allow me to scroll. The mouse pointer turns into a double-arrow icon and only allows me to size the window horizontally when I click and drag the scrollbar. If I need to get to the bottom of the page, I have to scroll with my mousewheel. I’m using Pro 5.1.4, and Chrome 96.0.4664.110. Is there anything I might be overlooking on my end? Thank you!
Hello @jquinn33,
Thanks for writing in! If you are viewing the Theme Options, you can only scroll the right panel using your mouse wheel or trackpad. You cannot use the scrollbars because the preview area will detect your mouse pointer and ask you whether to edit the header, page content or the footer.
Best Regards.
Thank you, Ruenel. I don’t have scrollbar access even in the Page Builder area.
Hello @jquinn33,
I checked your site it seems that it is working fine at my end. I checked the theme option and the scroll bar is working fine.
Thanks
So strange… I just checked in FireFox and Chrome on PC and Safari on Mac and see the same double-arrow cursor when I rollover the scrollbar in both the Theme options or Page Builder. I noticed that if I carefully place my cursor to about 1 px inside the left edge of the scroll bar, I can get the arrow cursor, but outside of that, it’s the double-arrow which only resizes the window. No worries though, I can still do my work! Thank you for checking!
