Mainly in Layout and Design more times than not, I can’t get a srollbar to show up. Sometimes pressing the down arrow brings it up but mostly not. Mac, Firefox
looks like its an issue between the macbook and wacom tablet

Glad you’ve found what causes the issue. It is best to use a mouse. Touch screens and tablets won’t work well.
