However, when you go to this link (below) it is a Google doc with a link to download a template. When you click this link you come to two files, as shown in the screen capture attached at the bottom. Clicking either file does nothing, but when you click the browser’s download button only one of the files downloads. The file is unidentifiable and does not open with any applications on my computer. I have no idea what file type this is and do not seem to be able to do anything with it.

Any information you can provide would be helpful.

Hi @mcaravaglia,

You need to import the .tco file through Cornerstone > Template to access that as explained by my colleague in your last thread.

Hey @mcaravaglia, You need to click the download button to download the .tco file. [image] Once the .tco file is downloaded, go to the template page and import the file. [image] Then in your header builder add a bar then go to preset and apply it. [image] Hope that helps.

Unfortunately, for the site I built, I did not use the Header Builder. Thus, by applying this, my header disappears. Other than that, it’s very cool. Not the clearest instructions, but I figured it out.

If you are not using Header Builder on your website, we don’t have any workaround as of the moment but this issue was already fixed by the upcoming release. I highly suggest to please stay tuned.
