Scroll Top Anchor Issue

When I have ‘Scroll Top Achor’ activated, I get an error on page console -

windowObj.scrollBottom is not a function

This messes the layout of my page.

I found this function being called in content.php and related to Scroll Top Anchor section. Once I turned off Scroll Top Anchor, the page layout is fine and not errors are shown in console.

Any help in this regard is appreciated as I would like to turn on that feature.

Using Wordpress 4.8.3 / X 5.2.4

This is now solved.

This was a side effect of checking the box for Group Files > JS under Breeze Caching plugin > Advanced. All good now.
