Scroll to top on all sections of page

Hello,

Currently the scroll to top button only show up when scrolled all the way to the bottom of the website. I would like the scroll to top button to show up throughout the website regardless where you are on the page. The code for the to scroll start after this reference and I assume I need to move the code above this. I would appreciate any assistance.

We can adjust when the Scroll Top anchor show by adjusting the following settings on Theme Options. Please adjust it accordingly:
