Please help.

Regards,

Hello Peter,

Thanks for asking.

Do you have a cache plugin installed? If so, kindly try to full clear the cache of your site and kindly clear your browser cache as well. Also please try testing for plugin conflict. You can do that by disabling all plugins and then activating one plugin at a time to narrow down.

In case problem is still there, please share website URL for us to take a closer look.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Prasant,

Thanks for your reply.

I tried clearing the cache from both, my website and my browser but it ain’t helping.

FYI, when I am inspecting the code on the Scroll to Top button, I can see that the anchor tag does not have the href property. The code looks like this -

some text

Hope that helps.

Hi There,

If you have added any custom Javascript to the site, try removing them and test this issue.

Also please provide us with the URL to your site to check this issue further.

Thanks!

Hi,

Here is the URL of my website - https://notashamedofthegospel.com/

I am facing a new issue now. I have an SSL installed on my website however, the padlock icon is not showing up properly. When I did some research, I got to know that the site is throwing the below-mentioned error -

An image with an insecure url of “http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/9/wp-content/uploads/sites/10/2013/06/bg-integrity-91.jpg” was loaded via the javascript file: https://naotg-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/plugins/cornerstonecornerstone/assets/dist/js/site/cs-head.js?ver=2.0.6 on line 0. The insecure URL may not be directly contained in the script file and may exist elsewhere.

Please advise.

Thanks!

Hi there,

Thanks for the update. I checked your site and I see an error in browser’s console related to jQuery not being working, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I see you’re using WP Rocket for the site optimization, this could also be related to the cache issue as your site’s content is being served by the cache. Please clear all cache first and disable optimization services temporarily.
