Scroll to Top button not visible

Hi,

I am unable to get the Scroll to Top button to show.
I changed the When to Show setting, updated Cornerstone and X Theme, disabled plugins, and deleted custom CSS but nothing worked.
The button is showing in the page source code but remains invisible regardless of how much I scroll.

Please advise…
