We have enabled the “scroll to top anchor” on our website but it is not appearing. Tried changing the location from left to right, tried changing the percentage, but no luck at all. Cleared cache and theme style cache did not work.

This is a known issue with the latest release of the theme. We have already reported the issue and the issue is in our issue tracker for our development team. There is no ETA at the moment so I would request you, please stay tuned for succeeding theme updates.
