Scroll to page is scrolling past the section

Hello,
I have the blue circle icons on the homepage click through to a specific section on the “about us page”. The odd thing is that the first two icons are jumping past the section and the last four are fine. I can’t find why this is happening.
Please advise.

Do you have a timeframe of when this will be addressed? It’s hard to have a client point this out while telling them I have no solution.

Regretfully, we don’t have any ETA for that currently. As my colleague says that it has been already reported bug and will be fixed in succeeding release.
