what is the best way to set up these “scroll to” links? they are not tabs. They would be 3 links next to each other that each scroll to a section of the page. Should I use 3 columns or one? Please see attached screenshot.

Thanks for posting in! Please insert another row element with one column. And then you will need to insert 3 button elements. You may need to set a maximum widths for your button element so that the will have the same widths and that they will be inline.
