Is not working anymore … can you help me to nail down the problem?
It was working at the beginning, but now it stopped. I am using the Pro theme.

Could you please confirm that you have updated to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 5.1.2 or
  • X theme 9.1.2
  • Cornerstone 6.1.2
  • WordPress 5.8
  • PHP 7.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

If the update is not helping, we would love to check your site. Please provide us access to the site. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Hi @ruenel,

thanks for checking my problem!
I am pretty sure it is nailing down to some redirecting or refresh error - but I am not able to find it.

I will give you access in the secure note and hope you will find it!
A site where you can see that it is not working:

Try to click one of the three images in the top section and you will see that they do not scroll to the ID like they should do.

Hello Guido,

You have set up your anchor links incorrectly. When setting up a One Page Navigation, the ID must be added to the section. Please check out my example page in the secure note below.
