We are not sure about the issue you are trying to point out. I have checked the website listed in your Themeco Account but it is not accessible. I would suggest you provide your website URL along with any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.
If your website URL required login to check, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
