nav bar that has home etc… on it have the social icons that are at the top on it ONLY
once it scrolls off screen.
I honestly dont know how to do this using pro theme though
I also have a weird bug were the navbar like sits weird. Its got like a to most thing that sits around 50px over content

I Could not replicate the bug…can you provide the step by step how can we replicate it and also let us know which browser and device you are using while experiencing the issue?
Regarding what you are trying to achieve…If I understood, you would like to have your social icons beside your navbar once you have scroll down and the navbar becomes sticky? If yes, that is possible, but with a different approach…the icons won´t move from the top to the navbar…you will actually remove the sticky set from the bar where you have the navbar now, you will add another bar which you will turn the sticky mode and you will set two containers, one with your inline menu and other with your social icons…on this bar you will set the second bar to be sticky and have a delayed reveal which will give you the effect you ar elooking for, so when the use scroll down below your header this third bar will show with your inline menu and social links.

I am unaware of how this bug came to be, It was all working perfectly, then i deleted a area, It was section 1,2,3 and i removed 3 as it was no longer needed, as a result if you go to http://bulletbarry.com/shop you will see that on the right hand side their should be a button but the nav bar hovers over the top of it.
As for the social icons, Could you please give me an example of how to achive this.
I am not really sure how to do this from what was said.

It hovers over the content because of your BAR Initial Position is set to Absolute. Please choose relative instead:

The idea is adding another bar with this icons on the right part, but this bar is hidden initially.
