all of a sudden my website jams when scrolling on mobile, can you please help me?

Thank you for quick reply! I think I figured out the problem. Its the footer… My client wants the image of the dancing couple on the right to show on outside the section if you know what I mean? I dont kvow what settings I should use to not get the double scrollbar in this case. It dosent appear if I put the section in the middle of the page but when I use section as footer the double scrollbar appears.
The reason why you couldnt see it on the first page is beacause I edited that section, but on the other pages it still jams. However the editing I did is not in line with what my customer wants since they want the image to be halv visible outside the section. See image below.
I found the setting that was the problem! Have a nice day!
