Scroll is stuck, cannot scroll down on page initially

I have to scroll down a few times before it will let me see past the top module. Please see this link to see the issue: http://recordit.co/AQCxtLo6uH

Latest version of pro theme - issue is on a macbook pro, Chrome.

It looks like there are two scrollbars - is there an option I could have turned on somewhere that created an additional scrollbar for the hero image?

My theme is updated. I found the trigger offset option in the header builder but I do not have any sticky header options turned on, and the second scrollbar is still there.

Ok I think I fixed it by adding this to my css:

body {
    overflow: hidden !important;
}
