The Scroll transform effects I’ve set on some columns inside of a modal don’t work on the front-end. The effects do not fire at all.

The Scroll Effects are not designed to work for modals or any toggleable elements. It’s not a feature offered in X/Pro and Cornerstone.
Alright. Zooming in or out of the page does trigger the effects though.
Could this be improved in a future update so that effects are possible in toggleable elements? And in the meantime it may be good to show a warning message in the Effects tab for elements that are inside a toggleable element.
