Scroll down page or button to move down page?

I have two different categories on one page and I was hoping there might be a way to select a button or something that would automatically move down the page to the categories that pertain to what they want?

Thanks for writing in!

You use Sections in your page and add a unique Section ID like category-A and category-B. You can then insert two buttons which will be linked to #category-A and #category-B so that when a user click on the button, it will scroll the page to the respective Section.
