Scroll Bar Timeout

Hi,
So I have this issue with my site and I can’t figure out a solution. My Scroll bar disappears from my page after 60sec. Can you please help me figure out why this is happening?

I am using Chrome and your scrollbar does not go away even after more than 60 seconds.

Please be advised that the scrollbar behaviour is not related to the theme. We do not have any custom coding that hides away the scrollbars. The browser and its settings are capable of doing that to the scrollbars. Perhaps this link may help you:
