Scroll bar disappearing in Cornerstone

This happens in Chrome and Firefox on multiple computers, we have to reload the page to get the scroll bar back. Any help would be great.

I am not quite sure about what you meant by Scroll bar disappearing in Cornerstone. Can you please elaborate? Also I see that you are using are using Hummingbird Cache. I suggest you to clear cache and see how it goes.
