I am creating a website for the school district I work at. Unfortunately, the M.E. Calendar and the Grid plugins don’t show up correctly when I am on our school’s network. I am guessing the school’s filter is to blame, Iboss, but I do not know exactly what it is doing to cause this problem. My page shows correctly on my home wifi and everywhere else. Any idea what I can do to resolve this issue?

It would be difficult for us to diagnose what is causing the issue not unless we could check the website.
You have several licenses in your account so I am not sure which site is in question. Would you mind providing the link to the site so that we can check it?
Also, try checking the site using the Chrome Developer tools and see if it is able to load are the site files.

The calendar and grid shows up fine on my end.
There must be something in your browser like a browser extension causing the issue. Please temporarily deactivate all browser extensions if you have. Please also test in incognito or private mode and other browsers too.

Correct. It only shows up different on our schools wifi network. I am guessing it is a filter issues but I don’t really know why the filter is causing it to change. Do these plugins pull something from a different URL that I need to have the filters bypass?
Hi Ben,
It only pulls the same URL as your site since it’s installed at your site. Though, we can’t really answer which is causing this and what are being blocked since we don’t have access to the said intranet. I recommend contacting the school IT department or administrator to get more information what’s being blocked.
