Schedule changes in cornerstone page in stead of publish right away

Hey guys,

Is there a way to schedule changes to a cornerstone page instead of having to publish them right away? This is possible in WordPress but is it possible in cornerstone?

Please note that wordpress settings will still apply in cornerstone.
