Scaling image within a column on mobile

Any idea how to scale an image within a column on mobile? I tried using code sample from this post (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/image-scaling-on-mobiles/8852/3) but it didn’t work. My image auto-scale by default, but it is cut out and I don’t know why.

Please update your CSS

From:

@media (max-width:480px) {
	.logo-image div#x-image-logo {
    width: 100%;
    height: auto;
	}
}

to

@media (max-width:480px) {
	#x-image-logo {
    max-width: 85%;
    height: auto;
   
	}
}
