Scaling background or hero image

What’s the best way using Pro theme to get a “background image” to scale like this?

I realize this isn’t literally a background image via css but a place HTML img src, but if you have any suggestions on how I’d implement this inside Pro, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for writing in.

You could try the Rev Slider plugin, it has responsive feature that can scale down and up while maintaining the aspect ratio. Then simply add the content as slider layers.

Background respond to its container so it’s not really achievable by just CSS.
