I’m attempting to try out the new Gym theme via the Design Cloud, but when I choose it, it says it will overwrite my Theme Options. So my question is, how to do I save my theme options in case I want to restore them? Also, since I’m only “auditioning” the Gym theme, why would it erase my theme options anyway? Is there a way I can try this thing on without messing up what I currently have?

Regretfully there is no option for that at the moment. I would suggest you must take a backup of the Database and file before importing another demo on the existing installation or it would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. then try import the new demo on the staging server so that you can check without breaking or overriding the live server.
