When I make changes in my site using Cornerstone I can only save once!
After that I have to reload the page and can carry out a new change.

I tried to login via FTP to check error log unfortunately, I got 530 IP access denied error.

FTP Whitelist is the problem.

Is there a chance that you can temporarily disable the IP blocking for the FTP as we won’t be able to provide any specific IP since the support staff are based in different countries and different support staff might handle this ticket as you respond.

Contacted my provider. Seems not to solve from that side. They need an ip address. Standard all ip is blocked. I can make a list of ip’s allowed to enter ftp.
That is not possible because we have dynamic IPs and support staff are located in different parts of the world so we have different blocks of IPs. The restriction needs to be disabled.
The saving issue is mostly due to restriction of resources in the server though so please contact your host to increase your memory and execution time. Also ask them if your site has been limited this day or the day you encountered this issue.

In regards to your original question, do you mean it automatically refreshes after each save? This is an unfortunate reality of the current version of Cornerstone that will be addressed very soon in the next upcoming release. Or do you get some error that forces you to refresh manually?
It does not refreshes automatically after each save.
After clicking on save I get the big green panel. No auto refresh.
But after that the save button is grey and I cannot procede before I manually refresh the page…

I see, we would like to check the debug log if there something is happening internally. I checked in the admin but it’s not loading at all on my end so I can’t really confirm this issue during my tests.

I checked and configuration is correct and the limit as well. Though still, there is an internal error when I save your homepage, and it’s only happening on that page. I created a new page and it’s not happening.
If I could only log into your FTP, I could find the details of the error. But I’m still getting this when connecting to your FTP Response: 530 IP access denied.
Please disable the IP Blocking, and for the meantime, you can manually delete your homepage content one by one while checking if the saving will work. If it works, then that means that the content you recently deleted is the culprit. And before you do that, please backup your site, or just your home page.
