Saving not possible after update PRO

Hi, on ebe-wellness.ch/ I can no longer save any changes after updating from 5.0.7 to 5.0.8. What could that be?

  • Admin level username and password
  • FTP Details

Hi and thank you for your reply. I tested it and found out that the SEO Plugin AISEO blocks PRO X to save. I turned it off but want to use it in future because of SEO… Do you know something about that?

Could you see anything? I turned off 2 factor authentification you could try it now. Thank you very much.

And another Thing: below the Slider is always a gap and I cannot zero it. Can you help me there?

I tried to access your site dashboard but the but it is not working. Please have a look at the screenshot. in the secure note. In case if it is conflicting with any third-party plugin. Please note we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of the support scope. I would suggest you contact a plugin developer to fix their issue or make it compatible with the X/Pro theme or you can avail of our services called One where customization questions are answered.
