Saved Changes Aren't Reflected In Live Site

Hello –

We’re making changes to copy and images on our website, and while they save in the Pro editor, they are not reflected on the live site.

We have made sure everything is up to date, there are no plugin conflict issues, and we have cleared the cache, and we still can’t see these changes reflecting on the site.

Any suggestions?

I could see that your website has the cache plugin installed. Could you please temporarily disable it?

Thanks for your help! We are having trouble on our homepage and the /programs/master-certified-health-coach page in particular. I have disabled the cache plugin.

And I got this error message when you edit the master-certified-health-coach page:

Since your website is a live site, I would like to test without third party plugins and custom scripts so please copy your site over to a staging server so we could investigate without affecting the operation of your live site. Then, give us WP admin and FTP access to your staging site.

It looks like disabling the cache plugin worked – I was able to successfully edit the second page. We get that Try Again notice sometimes but just have to hit try again to get the page to load since it’s on the longer side.
