What happened? I can no longer save templates of rows, or columns, or elements, or presets. Just entire pages? This is unacceptable, please fix and release update ASAP

The save template option is still present in the builder. Simply go to the Layout tab and click the “Save Template” button.
To save an element preset, you must select the element first and then go to the Presets option:
By the way, please make sure that you are using the updated release version which is pro 5.0.8. If you are not seeing it in your builder, please share your WP access so that we can inspect your site. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
