Save template as editor

Hey There,

I would like to save a page as templates. But logged in as an ‘editor’ I get the error message “Unable to save template.” Is there any setting I need to change to solve this?

I already added the editor-role in that field and nothing changed. Any other suggestions?

Hey @dogpile,

Template Saving could only be done by the post author. That means the editor must have created the content and he/she can save it as a template.

Just a heads up, there’s more permission options added in the latest version. The rule above still applies though.
