Same page links have stopped working!

All anchor links that lead to other parts of the same page have suddenly stopped working! See the information in the secure note for an example…

This is a big problem, please help!!!

Hi @amardeepmisha,

Thanks for reaching out.
I would suggest you update the Pro to its latest version i.e. 5.1.3 which has been released with some fixes for hash scrolling. I would suggest you go through the following article on the update log.

If updating the Pro does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If the issue was caused by our theme, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Thanks @tristup. The update fixed the issue.

Hmm… there seems to be a new problem occurring now as I describe in the secure note.

Hi @amardeepmisha,

It seems that issue is related to the Sticky header bar and the offset calculation. The issue was already fixed in the earlier version of the theme, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

@tristup, I did as you suggested but the issue remains. You can test it on the link that I provided in my secure note above.

Will appreciate any help.

Hi @amardeepmisha,

If that does not help, I will check and report it back to our issue tracker for further investigation by the development team.

Thanks

Thanks for the follow up.
