Salesforce - chat snippet code not work in Pro but does work in gutenberg blocks

When the snippet code is placed in Pro it appears as text.
The live agent works on www.genxwest.com - the code is in gutenberg block with HTML code block
The live agent does not work on https://genxwest.com/ai-chatbot/ - the code is in a classic code snippet

How do I get this to work with Pro?

Thanks for writing in!

I suggest you to please use Classic Raw Content element or Text element to add the code. I tested on my local setup and it’s working fine. Please take a look at following screencast.

Now I am confused. It worked. Now it doesn’t. At least the script is not being displayed.
I am using Classic Raw Content Element on the www.stevedonahue.ca
I am using Classic Text Element on www.stevedonahue.ca/about

Thanks for updating the thread.

I checked the website and inspected the HTML source. I can see the Salesforce script code added into the website using Raw content element. Output of the same is not showing up on the website is something that falls outside the scope of support we can offer. I suggest you to please get in touch with Salesforce support team to see if they can help.
