Safari blocks possibility to send e-mail from site

Hi,

I get an error message from Safari when testing my e-mail links (translated from Swedish) “This website have been blocked from creating an e-mail automaticlly” .

I get the same from my phone links…

What have I done wrong?

Thanks for writing in!

I checked the website and in contact page I can see mailto link. I opened the page in Safari and post clicking on the links I got This website has been blocked from automatically composing an email. message wherein users have the option to Ignore or Continue blocking the email link.

Please note that it’s not a X Theme or Cornerstone related issue. Further checking the HTML source code the website and researching on the Internet, it seems that Safari will show above message when Google Tag Manager is installed on the website.

I re-checked the website and can see that you have implemented Google Tag Manager. To resolve the problem, please take a look at the solution shared in following thread:
