S3 Media Maestro video player issues

Hi,

I’m using s3 Media Maestro plugin video player for my Amazon s3 video. My problem is that the video controls are not showing correctly. The volume and full-screen controls are showing below the player, instead of in one line as it should. I have tested it using a different Wordpress theme (Twenty Seventeen theme), and it shows correctly. So there must be some conflict with the X Theme. I’ve searched the knowledge base here but wasn’t able to find anything.

I’m afraid I’m not very tech savvy, so I would greatly appreciate any help to correct this.

I’ve attached a screen shot to show what I mean.

Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
