RSS feed pulling shortcodes not excerpt

Hi,

I’m having an issue with my RSS feed pulling shortcodes rather than the excerpt (which I fill in).

I contacted support a while ago here - https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/rss-feed-pulling-shortcodes/7908 - and I’ve added the code to a site specific plugin.

It’s still pulling the shortcode :confused:

Is there anything else I could try? I’m assuming I’m not the only one with the problem…
