Rows not splitting into columns

Hi.
On my website i have a Section which has a single row split into 2 columns as per the attached first image.
However when I save and view the page I and mot seeing the columns and it is as if all text in one row - see image 2.

I cannot see what the issue is - can you help please?

I see your site is already up to date so this could be a result of something else. Please give us the following information in a Secure Note so we could investigate closer.

• URL of the affected page.
• WordPress admin username and password
