You can fix it adding this custom CSS code:

left: 21.5px !important;
}
that worked but it is not responsive on larger screens… is there any way to improve it?
Hi,
To center it, you need to put your grid inside one column in a row instead of having it in three columns.
After that, turn off column container of your row then add text-align:center; in the style field of your column element.

After inspecting your site, I can see that this portion of your webpage is being generated by The Grid, which is a third party Extension we integrate with. Because of this, you will need to refer to the options panel for the grid you have setup in this plugin and work on it there to adjust it accordingly.
