Row width to be same as section

Should I disable the global container for all rows or is there any other way to get row 100% of the page wrapper?

Yes, in order for the row to be the same as the section, you need to disable the global container.

Is it possible somehow to keep the global container but to change some settings in the theme options?

The only way you can set the Site Width to 100% and make the Global Container fullwidth.
