Row options do not work - Stretch Row displays exactly like Stretch Row and Content

I love the Pro theme. It is my favorite theme and I use it on many websites. One thing I like is in the row editor, I can choose from Default, Stretch Row and Stretch Row and Content. I use these controls a lot.
On this site which is in development, these controls do not seem to work. I would like to Stretch Row and when I choose that it Stretches the Row and Content. I most commonly use Stretch Row on rows for most websites, however for this site whenever I select Stretch Row it Stretches the Row and Content.
How can I make the Stretch Row work?

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you are talking about the WP Bakery page builder which have these options. And if that is not working, it will be very difficult to recognize without investigating the URL and the page from the Admin Dashboard. I would suggest you , please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific Page you are having this issue.

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
