Row columns suddenly not working

Hi,

I recently built a simple ThemeX based site https://mjmcounselling.com which uses 33%-66% width columns, but just recently the columns have stopped working. Wordpress is up to date and I have only got the most basic plugins active. I have tried deactivating them all but with no change.

I have also tried adding a new row with columns, but I only get a single column in the page layout?
Editing an existing row to change the columns similarly has no effect?

The site is running with PHP v7.4.

Hi Brett,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you have updated the Cornerstone to its latest version 6.1.4 whereas the X theme is still in the older version 8.0.11. The issue you are having might be due to the incompatibility between X and Cornerstone versions. I would suggest you follow the below steps while updating the X theme and the Cornerstone.

1. Delete the Cornerstone
2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version

Please clear all type cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.
